I’m working on a project right now for a couple with young kids and stressful jobs who are transforming their traditional colonial style home into a family friendly oasis with a modern California cool vibe. Lots of neutrals and and cool tones are at play for a very relaxed atmosphere.

We are currently sourcing chairs and lighting for their eat in kitchen and I’ve put together 10 combinations for them to chew on. Which one is your favorite?

    I vote #10. I like the proportions and the minimal vibe. That green pendant light in #5 still has to go somewhere tho. Love it. Exciting project! Enjoy!

    I love it when you post! If these are hard working parents, you most give them a comfortable chair to collapse into at the end and the beginning of the day. So, that said, I vote for 4 or 8, mostly 8. xox d
